Z głębokim smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że 28 września 2023 roku odszedł od nas 

śp. lek. BOGDAN ZAJĄC


Ukochany Mąż, Ojciec i Brat, wybitny Sportowiec (wielokrotny Mistrz Świata w Akrobatyce Sportowej), Artysta Cirque du Soleil, założyciel legendarnego OCELOTA, oddany pacjentom Lekarz, prawdziwie dobry Człowiek.
Na zawsze pozostanie żywy w sercach Rodziny, Przyjaciół, Pacjentów, Współpracowników i Wychowanków na całym świecie.
Msza żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 7 października 2023 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kościele Św. Mikołaja, po której odbędzie się pogrzeb na cmentarzu komunalnym w Złotoryi.

Prosimy o nieprzynoszenie kwiatów, zamiast tego zgodnie z wolą Bogdana prosimy o wpłatę darowizny na konto Fundacji Wspierania Kultury Ruchu Ocelot, która była jego dziełem i życiową misją.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bogdan Zając, who passed away on September 28th, 2023.


Beloved Husband, Father and Brother, outstanding Athlete, Founder of the legendary OCELOT, a Doctor devoted to his patients, a truly Good Man.
He will remain alive forever in the hearts of Family, Friends, Patients, Collaborators and Pupils around the world.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday 7th October, 2023 at 12:00pm at the St. Nicholas Church, following on to municipal cemetery in Złotoryja.
Please do not bring flowers, instead, according to Bogdan's will, please make a donation to the account of the OCELOT Foundation, which was His life’s work and mission.

C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès, le 28 septembre 2023, de  feu BOGDAN ZAJĄC .


Époux bien-aimé, Père et Frère, Sportif et Athlète exceptionnel, Fondateur du légendaire OCELOT, médecin dévoué à ses patients, Homme vraiment bon et chaleureux.
 Il restera à jamais vivant dans les cœurs de sa famille, de ses amis, de ses patients, de ses collègues et de ses étudiants du monde entier.
La messe funéraire sera  célébrée le 7 octobre 2023 à 12h00 en l'église St. Nicolas, après quoi l’enterrement  aura  lieu au cimetière municipal de Złotoryja.
S'il vous plaît, n'apportez pas de fleurs, mais conformément au testament de Bogdan, veuillez faire un don sur le compte de la Fondation de Soutien à la Culture du Mouvement Ocelot, qui était son œuvre et sa mission de vie.
